The AI connection is built into
Rillsoft Project itself –
there is no Rillsoft cloud endpoint. Which way fits depends only on whether
Rillsoft Project already runs on your machine.
If Rillsoft Project 10 already runs on your machine, path 1 is all you need:
switch on the MCP server, register your AI client – five steps, each with a
check. If you do not know Rillsoft Project yet, path 2 takes you through the
free 30-day version with the industry examples; the MCP server is built into
Rillsoft Project 10. Path 3 is the cloud variant for teams – until it is
confirmed that its desktop client contains the MCP server, path 1 remains the
safe start.

The team variant with central data storage: register, then download the Rillsoft Project Cloud desktop client. Whether this client contains the MCP server is not yet confirmed – until then, path 1 with the local installation applies.
