Why it is useful

The answer shows not only who fits but why the fitting ones are not free. Without balance and schedule conflict from the plan an address book shows 15 bricklayers in NORTH – the candidate list shows that one of them is free. That is the moment the planner widens the circle – see the prompt on the preferred team and the example staff across sites.

How the answer is produced

The AI requests the candidate list for the task’s UUID; the team filter is preset by the preferred team of the subproject. Demand, balance and conflicts are computed by Rillsoft Project.

Limits

Schedule conflicts apply within the open project. Machine candidates come from the same prompt with type machine. If the licence function is missing, an error is returned. The Rillsoft Project product page describes the candidate list of the user interface.
