Why it is useful

The table is the document for the capacity meeting: not “it is getting tight” but – as a sample sentence – “in week 3, 24 hours of assembly are missing”. Rillsoft Project delivers the cell, the AI the table; it can go straight into a template.

How the answer is produced

The AI sets the capacity view to skill with absolute display, weekly scale and time filter; the report contains demand per cell and supply per person. The AI derives the difference from the report, not from the plan itself.

Limits

Supply counts skill capacity, not heads. Percentages come from the same view in percentage display. Without a time filter the whole project period applies. The Rillsoft Project product page describes capacity planning.
