Why it is useful

The question comes from the steering meeting and wants an answer in minutes. The original stays untouched because every step is undoable. Moved by hand, a date moves; here follow-on dates, finish date and conflicts move with it – and back.

Limits

Fixed and started tasks stay put. Shifting a whole project inside a portfolio is not possible; open the single project for that. File and session operations are not undo steps – so this prompt saves nothing. The Rillsoft Project product page describes scheduling and undo.
